About the Role:

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and well-presented Punjabi Anchor who has a strong command of the Punjabi language and a good understanding of Sikh philosophy, Gurbani, Sikh history and spiritual concepts.

The selected candidate will be responsible for hosting and presenting spiritual, educational, and discussion-based content for digital platforms, including videos, interviews, podcasts, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

- Host and anchor Punjabi-language videos, podcasts, interviews and spiritual discussions.
- Present topics related to Sikh philosophy, Gurbani, spirituality, Sikh history and cultural values in an engaging and respectful manner.
- Conduct interviews with Acharya Ji, spiritual personalities, guests and experts.
- Research topics before recording and prepare relevant questions and discussion points.
- Communicate complex spiritual and philosophical concepts in a simple and engaging Punjabi language.
- Maintain a confident, natural, and professional presence in front of the camera.
- Collaborate with the content and production team to develop engaging video concepts.
- Participate in reels, short-form videos, podcasts, and other social media content.
- Ensure that the presentation maintains appropriate respect for Sikh traditions, values and sentiments.

Requirements:

- Excellent Punjabi speaking and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Sikh philosophy, Gurbani,



Sikh history and spiritual teachings.
- Strong on-camera presence and confidence.
- Clear pronunciation, voice modulation and storytelling ability.
- Ability to conduct meaningful conversations and ask thoughtful questions.
- Good research and communication skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and working in a studio environment.
- Previous experience in anchoring, journalism, podcasting, television, digital media or content creation will be an advantage.
- Freshers with solid Punjabi communication skills and genuine knowledge of Sikh philosophy may also be considered.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary is negotiable based on experience and skills.

We are committed to offering a salary hike over the candidate's previous salary, based on their experience, communication skills, anchoring ability, and knowledge.
