Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and production. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in customer relationship management, business development, and production coordination. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, maintaining long-term customer relationships, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

⁠ ⁠Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the manufacturing sector.

⁠ ⁠Meet customers regularly to understand their technical and commercial requirements.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the production, quality, and planning teams to ensure timely execution of

customer orders.

⁠ ⁠Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.

⁠ ⁠Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.

⁠ ⁠Prepare sales forecasts, business development reports, and market analysis.

⁠ ⁠Represent the company during customer visits, exhibitions, and business meetings.

⁠ ⁠Work closely with management to develop business growth strategies.





Required Qualifications

⁠ ⁠Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

⁠ ⁠MBA in Marketing or Business Management is an added advantage.

Experience

⁠ ⁠10–15 years of experience in business development, production, customer relationship management, or sales within a manufacturing or engineering company.

⁠ ⁠Experience coordinating with production and operations teams is essential.

Required Skills

⁠ ⁠Solid customer relationship management skills.

⁠ ⁠Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Very sound English knowledge

⁠ ⁠Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.

⁠ Exposure in ISO 9001 & other Quality Managements

⁠ ⁠Ability to read customer requirements and coordinate internal execution.

⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

⁠ ⁠Leadership and team coordination abilities.

Language Requirements

⁠ ⁠English: Fluent (Speak, Read & Write)

⁠ ⁠Tamil: Fluent (Speak)

⁠ ⁠Hindi: Speaking proficiency is mandatory

⁠ ⁠Background in manufacturing or engineering industries.

⁠ ⁠Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.

⁠ ⁠Willing to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
