Key Responsibilities

- Manage online stores and marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.).
- Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, customer support, and finance teams.
- Optimize website user experience and conversion rates.
- Analyze business performance and prepare management reports.
- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and technology partners.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.




- 1–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
