Job Title: Pre-Sales Consultant – RCM (Agentic AI)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant with strong expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and a techno-functional mindset. This role will act as a critical bridge between Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, helping translate customer needs into scalable AI-driven RCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the technical bridge between Sales and Product Engineering by translating customer requirements into actionable deliverables and communicating feasibility.

* Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to qualify opportunities and align customer pain points with agentic RCM capabilities.

* Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders including revenue cycle leaders, billing managers, coders, and IT teams to understand workflows, KPIs, and success metrics.

* Develop and deliver impactful product demos using representative or de-identified datasets to showcase ROI and operational improvements.

* Prepare technical proposals, scope documents, effort estimates, and pilot plans aligned with client objectives.

* Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical solutions, healthcare compliance insights, and implementation timelines.

* Present solutions to both technical and executive audiences,



clearly articulating value in terms of financial and operational outcomes.

* Support discussions on data security, PHI handling, and privacy-by-design frameworks.

* Ensure smooth transition to Delivery teams with complete knowledge transfer and support initial implementation phases.

* Provide continuous feedback to Product and Engineering teams to enhance solution capabilities based on market and client insights.

Required Qualifications

* 8+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Techno-Functional roles.

* Strong experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

* Proven ability to handle client-facing roles involving technical presentations and solutioning.

* Experience in handling RFPs/RFIs and building proposals.

* Understanding of healthcare compliance, data privacy, and security standards (including PHI handling).

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Exposure to AI-driven or automation-led healthcare solutions.

* Robust analytical and problem-solving mindset.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

Shift & Work Requirements

* Willingness to work in US Shift.

* Open to working from office (Chennai / Coimbatore).

* Flexibility to support client discussions across time zones.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
