Full Stack Developer Hyderabad · Full Time · Hybrid

About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build high-quality, scalable, and highly available applications across the frontend (ReactJS) and backend (Java / Spring Boot) stack. The ideal candidate is passionate about designing and developing clean, performant code and enjoys solving problems in a challenging, fast-moving environment. This is an individual-contributor role with clear ownership of engineering problems and solutions. You will design, build, deploy, and support production-quality features, working closely with product and engineering peers to deliver foundational parts of our product.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop application logic for a multi-component system of applications across frontend and backend.
- Take on significant code development, code review, and day-to-day support duties.
- Ensure deliverables are highly performant, responsive, and of high quality — delivered on time with minimal to no defects.
- Maintain or raise unit-test coverage standards for all new logic; help maintain code quality and enable automation.
- Support testing resources to remediate defects and assist with automation tasks.
- Contribute to applications, components, system-to-system interfaces, and complete software solutions.
- Automate build, operate, and run aspects of software.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies — Daily Scrum, Story Grooming, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
- Participate in demos / acceptance discussions with Product Owners.

Requirements

- Develop software applications using ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Design and develop clean, performant code.




- Ensure high-quality deliverables with minimal defects.
- Collaborate with product and engineering peers.
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent — or equivalent work experience.
- Have 3-6 years of experience in software development.
- Have solid experience with ReactJS — React.js, Redux, Flux, Webpack, and Enzyme.
- Have strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and modern front-end languages.
- Have experience with RESTful API integration and authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token (JWT).
- Have experience with Java / J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Web Services, and Oracle SQL development.

Good to Have

- Startup experience.
- Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN).
- Familiarity with isomorphic React and common front-end tooling (Babel, NPM).
- Exposure to payments / fintech or large-scale consumer-facing products.
