Job Overview

We are looking for a Medical Coordinator to coordinate medical, clinical research, and publication-related activities and ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Doctors, KOLs/KBLs, Medical Writers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, discussions, and follow-ups.
- Track project activities, deliverables, documents, reviews, and approvals.
- Maintain project and medical-related documentation and trackers.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project updates.
- Support clinical research and publication-related activities.




- Ensure timely follow-ups and completion of assigned tasks.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates from Rajasthan will be preferred.
