TreeMonks is the experiential events and team engagement division of Tyndis Travels. We design and execute corporate offsites, leadership retreats, and team-building experiences for leading startups, GCCs, and enterprises across India.

About the Role

We are looking for a hospitality professional who can take complete ownership of the on-ground execution of our corporate offsites and leadership retreats.

You will be the face of our company during events - ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience while coordinating seamlessly with hotels, resorts, vendors, and our internal team.

When there are no live events, you will support our operations team by curating itineraries, preparing proposals, coordinating with hotel partners, and assisting in planning future events.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead on-site execution of corporate offsites and leadership retreats.
- Deliver exceptional guest and client experiences throughout the event.
- Coordinate with hotels, resorts, transport providers, activity partners, and vendors.
- Manage event schedules, room allocations, meals, activities, and logistics.
- Handle last-minute operational challenges with confidence and professionalism.




- Ensure every client commitment is delivered flawlessly.
- Create corporate travel itineraries and event proposals.
- Curate destinations, venues, and unique experiences.
- Coordinate bookings and operational requirements with hotel partners.
- Support the sales team with operational planning and feasibility.
- Maintain operational documentation, checklists, and vendor records.

Requirements

- 2- 4 years of experience in Front Office, Banquets, Events, or Guest Relations in the hospitality industry.
- Hotel Management degree or diploma preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid multitasking, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead events independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Hindi. Kannada/Tamil/ Malayalam is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently for corporate events across India.
- Passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
