oversees daily operations, leads staff, and ensures excellent customer experiences. Key duties include managing shift schedules, monitoring inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high food safety standards.

Main Duties

- Staff Management: Hire, train, and schedule baristas and front-of-house team members.
- Customer Care: Greet guests, answer menu questions, and resolve complaints quickly.
- Stock & Inventory: Track coffee beans, milk, syrups, and packaging; place orders.
- Finance: Track daily sales, handle cash, and manage basic budgets.
- Quality & Safety: Check espresso extractions, enforce cleanliness, and follow health rules.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
