1. 3-5 years of total QA experience, with minimum 2+ years in automation testing

2. Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments on commercial software projects

3. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted test automation tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, or GitHub Copilot to build:

- > AI-generated test cases

- > Self-healing automation scripts

- > Automated test maintenance and optimization

4. Ability to analyze AI-generated insights and identify defect patterns using test analytics

5. Expertise in building and enhancing automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright / Playwright MCP /Cypress /Selenium

6. Strong programming skills in Java / Python/C#, JavaScript / TypeScript to support automation and AI-enabled testing workflows

7. Experience with AI-assisted visual regression testing tools

Basic knowledge in Azure/AWS/GCP

9. Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger

10. Experience using bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

11. Valuable working knowledge of BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.)
