PawSpace is a growing pet-care company helping pet parents access trusted and convenient services for their pets.
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Inside Sales / Telesales Executives who enjoy speaking with customers, following up with leads and converting enquiries into bookings.

What You'll Do
- Call and speak with new customer leads.
- Understand the customer's pet-care requirements.
- Explain PawSpace services, plans and pricing.
- Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert enquiries and interested prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Reconnect with customers who have not responded.
- Maintain accurate customer and follow-up information in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently until the customer books or makes a decision.
- Achieve individual sales and conversion targets.
- Build good relationships with pet parents and provide a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate internally whenever required to complete customer bookings.
Who We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales,
business development or a similar customer-facing sales role.
- Good spoken communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone throughout the day.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated by sales incentives.
- Basic ability to work with CRM systems, WhatsApp and spreadsheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates who can join quickly will be preferred.
Experience in B2C sales, service sales, edtech, insurance, hospitality, healthcare, real estate, pet care or other high-volume calling environments can be an advantage.
