We're Hiring | Customer Service Executive (Australian Process)
Location: Sec 48, Sohna Road, Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Shift: Australian Shift M-F (3:00 AM- 12 PM IST)

We are looking for a smart and proactive individual who can effectively manage the after-sales process, including handling customer escalations, assisting customers with their concerns, improving customer reviews, and identifying and addressing gaps in the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer queries via calls, emails, and text.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Build solid client relationships and encourage customer reviews after successful issue resolution.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of Customer Service experience.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage Australian clients.
- Experience in escalation handling and customer relationship management.
- Experience in a blended support environment is preferred.
