Amend Dental Centre is looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Perinthalmanna.
Location: Perinthalmanna, Kerala
Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily clinic floor operations
- Coordinate with doctors, dental assistants, and front-office staff
- Ensure smooth workflow and excellent patient experience
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
- Handle operational issues and coordinate with the Branch Head
- Ensure clinic policies and procedures are followed
- Lead and support the team to achieve operational goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar managerial/clinical operations role
- Solid leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Professional and responsible attitude
