Job Summary SP Perfumery (Nail Polish Manufacturing Unit) is looking for a smart, street-wise executive who can ensure daily labour availability and prevent production loss due to manpower shortage. Key Responsibilities Arrange daily labour for factory operations (filling, packing, helpers). Maintain backup labour pool for absentee cases. Coordinate with labour contractors and local workers. Handle labour-related issues through eAective communication. Ensure timely reporting of labour at factory. Maintain basic attendance & availability records. Local travel for labour arrangement using own two-wheeler. Requirements Robust communication & negotiation skills. Experience in factory labour coordination preferred. Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory). Practical, proactive & pressure-handling attitude.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
