We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and other production equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on SPMs, automatic machines, and assembly lines to minimize downtime.bebee+1
- Troubleshoot and diagnose machine failures (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic) and implement effective corrective actions.bebee+1
- Identify root causes of repeated breakdowns and drive permanent solutions to improve machine reliability.bebee+1
- Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic drawings for maintenance and modification work.bebee
- Carry out regular inspections, lubrication, alignment, and adjustment of machines as per maintenance schedules.prospects.ac+1
- Maintain and update maintenance records, service reports, and CMMS/SAP entries for all activities.bebee+2
- Track and analyze key metrics like MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) to improve performance.shine+1
- Coordinate with production, quality,



and safety teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure compliance with safety standards.bebee+1
- Support machine installation, commissioning, and trial runs when new equipment is introduced.bebee+1

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.scribd+1
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in maintenance of SPM, CNC, VMC, automatic assembly lines, or similar industrial machinery.shine+1
- Strong knowledge of:
- Mechanical systems (gears, bearings, shafts, conveyors)
- Pneumatics (cylinders, valves, FRL units)
- Hydraulics (power packs, cylinders, hoses)
- Basic electrical troubleshooting (motors, sensors, relays)bebee+2
- Experience with CMMS or SAP PM module for maintenance planning and reporting is preferred.shine+1
