We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, handling customer queries, explaining our products/services, and guiding interested customers towards suitable courses/services.
Note: This is a sales profile, but there will be NO hard sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
- Handle customer queries and follow up with interested leads.
- Build positive relationships and maintain professional communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Achieve basic performance expectations without hard sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain basic daily reports of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Salary
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
+ Incentives up to ₹5,000
- Education: 12th Pass or above
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in Sales / Telecalling / Customer Service preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Good listening and follow-up skills
- CRM knowledge is preferred
