We are looking for an experienced CNC VTL Programmer / Setter / Operator to join our precision manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program, set and operate CNC VTL machines for heavy and precision components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
- Set workholding, tools, tool offsets and work coordinates.
- Develop, edit and optimize CNC programs.
- Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspection using measuring instruments.
- Monitor tool wear, cycle time and machining quality.
- Meet production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
- Maintain machine, tools and work area as per 5S and safety requirements.
- Identify machining issues and coordinate corrective actions.

Requirements:





- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
- 3–7 years of experience in CNC VTL programming, setting and operation.
- Good knowledge of G & M codes, CNC programming, tooling and cutting parameters.
- Experience with large-diameter/heavy components is preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances/GD&T.;
- Experience in precision engineering / metal component manufacturing preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
