Job Summary
We are looking for a Bending Operator to join our sheet metal fabrication team. The candidate will be responsible for operating press brake machines, bending sheet metal parts as per drawings, and ensuring product quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate and set up press brake/bending machines.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Bend sheet metal components according to specifications.
- Check dimensions using measuring tools.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Requirements
- Experience in sheet metal bending or press brake operation.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier calipers.
- Basic understanding of fabrication processes.
- Attention to detail and quality.
