Job Vacancy – Fabrication Supervisor

Position: Fabrication Supervisor
Location: Factory – Kanjikode, Palakkad
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in PEB / Steel Structure Fabrication preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate PEB steel fabrication activities in the factory.
- Manage fabrication workers, welders, fitters, and other production staff.
- Ensure fabrication work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Read and understand PEB fabrication drawings and shop drawings.
- Monitor cutting, fit-up, welding, grinding, drilling, and assembly activities.
- Ensure proper production planning and timely completion of fabrication work.
- Coordinate with the Planning, Design, Quality, and Production teams.




- Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with required standards.
- Check dimensions, alignment, welding quality, and fabrication accuracy.
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize material wastage.
- Maintain daily production and manpower reports.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with factory safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PEB / Steel Structure Fabrication.
- Valuable knowledge of PEB fabrication, production planning, and execution.
- Ability to read and understand fabrication/shop drawings.
- Knowledge of welding, cutting, fit-up, drilling, and assembly processes.
- Ability to manage production teams effectively.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
