Job Summary
Looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager to drive sales growth for its Switch & Switchgears business across Haryana. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in General Trade and Distribution Sales, with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and expanding channel networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for the assigned region.
- Develop and execute local sales strategies to increase market share.
- Manage and strengthen the General Trade and Distribution network.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors and channel partners.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 6–8 sales professionals.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure effective secondary sales execution and distributor profitability.
- Build solid relationships with dealers, distributors,



and key customers.
- Plan and implement promotional activities and sales initiatives.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely collections and healthy receivables.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 12–15 years of sales experience in Switch, Switchgear, Wires & Cables, Electrical, or Building Materials.
- Strong exposure to General Trade and Distribution Sales.
- Experience handling Haryana
- Experience managing a team of 6–8 members.
- Strong distributor network.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

- MBA/ BE Preferred.
