We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the organization's daily operations, administration, procurement, facilities, and IT functions while ensuring operational efficiency and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations and improve business processes.
- Manage administration, facilities, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Supervise IT infrastructure, business systems, and company assets.
- Monitor budgets, compliance, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with departments to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and develop the operations team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, IT, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant operations management experience.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
