Responsibilities
- Source candidates through your own network, job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to the given requirements
- Share relevant CVs within the agreed timelines
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Follow up for interviews, selections, documentation, and joining
- Maintain regular communication with our recruitment team
- Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialists
- Recruitment Agencies looking for additional requirements
- HR professionals looking for freelance recruitment opportunities
- Recruiters with strong candidate databases and sourcing networks
