About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on **HR Business Partner (HRBP)** to own the end-to-end HR process for our operations teams — including warehouse, logistics, billing, and city operations. This role requires someone who can work closely with business leaders and frontline teams on the ground, driving hiring, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance, while ensuring HR practices support the speed and accuracy that our supply chain demands.

The ideal candidate is a solid communicator who can balance people-first thinking with business priorities, and who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for operations roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions within defined timelines
- Coordinate smooth onboarding and induction for new hires across warehouse, logistics, billing, and city operations teams

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns




- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, retention, and workplace culture
- Conduct regular floor/site visits to stay connected with ground-level teams

Performance Management

- Support goal-setting, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles in coordination with department heads
- Identify performance gaps and work with managers on improvement plans

HR Operations & Compliance

- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HRMS data
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labour laws, etc.) relevant to operations staff
- Handle documentation for joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits

Policy Implementation & Advisory

- Roll out and reinforce HR policies, processes, and code of conduct across teams
- Partner with business leaders to advise on workforce planning, org structure, and people decisions

Learning & Development

- Identify training needs for operations staff and coordinate relevant learning interventions
- Support skill-building programs to improve efficiency and safety on the ground

Exit Management

- Manage the full exit process including exit interviews, clearance, and full & final settlement coordination

Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field
- 3–6 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist, preferably supporting operations, warehouse, logistics, or blue-collar/frontline workforce teams
- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and MS Office/Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on the ground with cross-functional and frontline teams
- Comfortable working from office in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
