We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and student-friendly Telecaller / Career Counsellor – Admission Application Executive to join our team in Bhandara.

The ideal candidate will guide students and parents through engineering, MBBS, BDS, nursing, pharmacy, diploma, and other higher-education admission processes, including application filling, counselling, document requirements, and admission procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Receive and handle inbound admission enquiries professionally.
- Guide students regarding Engineering, MBBS, BDS, Nursing, Pharmacy, Polytechnic/Diploma, B.Sc., M.Sc., MBA, MCA, and other professional courses.
- Explain colleges, courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, entrance exams, counselling processes, and career opportunities.
- Assist students in filling online and offline admission applications accurately.
- Help students with CAP, counselling, entrance examination, university, college, and scholarship-related applications, wherever applicable.
- Assist with application registration, choice filling, document uploading, application verification, and submission.
- Follow up with students regarding application deadlines, counselling rounds, merit lists, seat allotment, and admission confirmation.
- Guide students and parents regarding required documents and admission formalities.
- Schedule counselling appointments and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, follow-ups, and student interactions in the CRM.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with students during the complete admission/application process.
- Achieve monthly counselling, application, and admission targets.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, education counselling, admissions,



or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and confidence may also be considered.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Marathi.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
- Valuable computer knowledge, including MS Office, Internet, Email, and online application portals.
- Ability to work with online admission and counselling portals.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and counselling skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in an education consultancy, admission consultancy, coaching institute, college admission office, or counselling centre.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Knowledge of engineering and medical admission procedures will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of online application forms and counselling processes is preferred.
