AX Constructions is looking for a motivated and responsible Site Supervisor / Junior Site Engineer to join our growing team in Kochi.

We undertake construction, renovation and fit-out projects across multiple sectors and are looking for someone who can coordinate site activities, maintain quality standards and ensure projects are executed efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and labour.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor quality, workmanship and project progress.
- Prepare and submit daily site updates with photographs.
- Track material requirements and coordinate deliveries.
- Ensure site safety and housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Identify site issues and report them promptly.
- Assist with project handovers and rectification works.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in construction, interiors or civil projects.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to read construction drawings.




- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to travel between project sites in and around Kochi.
