Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Systems & Network Engineer who is versatile, technically sound, and client-oriented. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, managing, and supporting enterprise IT environments for international clients, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO,



File Services, etc.).

- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure – switches, routers, firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, etc.)and VPN

- Deploy, monitor, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.), Azure, and Google Cloud.

- Handle security operations, including endpoint protection, firewalls, SIEM, patch management, and vulnerability assessments.

- Provide technical support and solutions to end-users and clients, both remotely and in office when needed.

- Implement and manage backup & disaster recovery solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead technical discussions with clients.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies relevant to cloud, networking, and security.

Qualifications and Experience

- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management.

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration, AD, and networking protocols.

- Proven experience with firewalls, security protocols, and network troubleshooting.

- Hands-on with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Certification(s) such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CCNA/CCNP, or Comp TIA Security+ would be a plus.
