Job Description for Purchase Executive
Education:
Should be a Graduate in Commerce / Science or Diploma in Commercial practice / Computer science
Professional Experience:
You should have 2 to 5 years of experience in Purchase activities and working in S4 HANA
Should know the sourcing process with following skills
Supplier Onboarding process
Compliance requirements in sourcing
Vendor Development process
On time Delivery performance with measurement
Quality management system requirements with documentation
MIS for Purchase function like total receipts value, consumption value
Negotiation process for Domestic suppliers
Global sourcing experience preferred.
Supplier performance management
Soft Skills:
Excellent communicator in spoken and written English.
Documentation and record keeping .
MS office & Power point expertise for data analysis and decision making
SAP Expertise:
Hands on experience in S4 HANA basic transactions like PO creation, standard reports etc
Complete knowledge and skill of SAP MM module in sourcing
Process improvements in sourcing in SAP as a user.
Personality :
Positive communicator
Fluent in written, spoken, communications in local and English language.
To be a solution provider with objectivity in mind.
Work with collaboration with team members
It should be conversant for reporting all statutory reports.
