Salary: As per last drawn salary + increment

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Outdoor Planning & Buyer to manage vendor coordination, procurement, and execution of outdoor media planning activities. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills and experience in handling outdoor advertising or related procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute outdoor advertising campaigns (hoardings, billboards, transit media, etc.)
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard vendors for outdoor media buying
- Handle end-to-end procurement process including rate finalization and purchase orders
- Coordinate with vendors for timely execution and installation of sites
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure quality delivery as per commitments
- Maintain vendor database and build strong vendor relationships
- Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality standards
- Handle billing, documentation, and reconciliation with vendors
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution
Key Skills Required:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of outdoor advertising/media buying (preferred)
- Vendor management and coordination skills
- Good analytical and planning ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred)
