Job Objective

To provide comprehensive legal support and advisory services to the organization, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, manage legal documentation and contracts, and protect the company’s legal and commercial interests.

Responsibilities

- Provide legal advice and guidance to management and various departments on business, contractual, commercial, employment, and operational matters.
- Review tenders, PWD contracts, project agreements, subcontractor agreements, purchase agreements, and other project-related documents and identify potential legal and commercial risks.
- Monitor and manage ongoing and potential legal disputes, claims, notices, litigations, and arbitration matters involving the company.
- Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, government authorities, courts, tribunals, and other statutory bodies whenever required.
- Prepare responses to legal notices, show-cause notices, claims, demands, and other official/legal communications. |




- Conduct legal research and keep management informed about changes in applicable laws, rules, regulations, notifications, and government orders relevant to the organization.
- Coordinate with HR on employment agreements, disciplinary matters, employee disputes, termination-related documentation, and labour law issues.
- Prepare periodic reports for management on legal cases, contractual matters, notices, disputes, compliance status, and pending legal actions.
- Perform any other legal responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Required Qualifications

- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Legal Advisor / Legal Executive / Legal Officer.
