We are hiring an experienced Assistant Chef for our company owner's residence. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing Arabic, Continental, Chinese, and South Indian cuisine and be able to assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing Arabic, Continental, Chinese, and South Indian dishes.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Assist with food preparation, inventory, and ingredient storage.
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience as an Assistant Chef or Chef.
- Experience in Arabic, Continental, Chinese, and South Indian cuisine.
- Positive knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Accommodation and Food Provided

Work Location: Thamarassery, Kozhikode

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
