Eligibility:

* B.Sc. Aquaculture, Zoology, Agriculture, Horticulture, Biotechnology, Microbiology and Biology.

* B.F.Sc. (Fisheries)

1. Provide technical support to farmers on pond management, feed management, disease management, and best aquaculture practices.

2. Conduct regular field visits to promote products, develop the market, and strengthen customer relationships.

3. Build and maintain robust relationships with distributors, dealers, and farmers to achieve business objectives.

4. Drive secondary sales and increase product penetration within the assigned territory.

5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

6. Achieve sales targets through distributors, dealers, and farmers within the assigned territory.

7.



Develop and expand the market by appointing and managing distributors and sub-distributors.

8. Establish trust and long-term relationships with farmers and distributors.

Desired Profile:

1. A graduate with a Science degree who is interested in working closely with farmers and distributors.

2. A valid two-wheeler and driving licence are mandatory.

3. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and work closely with farmers and channel partners.

4. Good in problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
