Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate new business leads.
- Introduce and explain our products/services to prospective customers.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify customer requirements and forward qualified leads to the sales team.
- Maintain records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further business development.

Candidate Requirements:

- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and professional telephone communication.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
- Prior experience in cold calling, telecalling, telesales or lead generation will be preferred.
- Candidate should be target-oriented, hardworking and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
