Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our real estate organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding suitable candidates across Sales, Civil/Projects, Business Development, and Corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and direct hiring.
- Handle bulk and niche hiring for real estate and construction roles.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.
- Negotiate offers and ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Monitor recruitment targets, TAT, and hiring performance.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA/PG in HR or related field.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate/construction.
- Solid sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
