Hiring: Production Engineer – Automotive Industry

Designation: Production Engineer
Experience: 2–4 Years
Education: Diploma / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
Salary/CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Industry: Automotive / Automobile Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Handle manpower, machines and production processes.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain production reports and records.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and other departments.
- Ensure safety and 5S practices on the shop floor.
- Support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.




- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant workplace.

Industry Preference: Automotive / Automobile Manufacturing
Other Manufacturing Industries: Candidates with relevant Production/Mechanical experience may also apply.
