About the Role:We are looking for a Program Associate who can combine empathy with execution and help learners make informed career decisions. This is a consultative role focused on guiding learners and driving meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with high-intent leads(Inbound) and guide them through the enrollment journey
- Act as a trusted advisor for Data Science and Data Analytics programs
- Handle learner queries with clarity, ownership, and a learner-first approach
- Identify relevant upsell opportunities aligned with learner goals
- Drive conversions while maintaining a high-quality counseling experience
- Maintain structured follow-ups and CRM hygiene
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve learner experience
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills with a consultative approach
- Ability to balance empathy with business outcomes
- Sales orientation with focus on quality interactions
- Interest or familiarity with Data Science / Analytics domain
- Prior experience in EdTech, sales, or counseling is preferred
Role Details
- Location: Work from Office - Noida (Sector 142)
- Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Experience: 1–3 years
