We are seeking an experienced Architectural CAD Draftsman with 2 to 5 years of expertise in preparing detailed Architectural and Interior Drawingsand coordinating with teams. The candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate working drawings, and supporting project execution from end-to-end design execution stages.

Note: Only Expereice candidates can apply with 2 to 5 Years in the below mentioned drawings

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review detailed architectural working drawings, and Interior Drawings (Furniture Layout, Electrical Layout, Plumbing Layout, Wall Elevation Layout, False Ceiling Layout and AC Points)
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings with high accuracy
- Translate design concepts into executable technical drawings
- Coordinate with architects, and MEP consultants for clash-free drawings




- Manage drawing revisions and maintain version control
- To be verse with AutoCAD
- Support site team with timely updates and resolve drawing-related queries

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering or ITI Draftsman (Civil)
- Advanced certification in AutoCAD (preferred)
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting and Interior working drawings detailing
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Ability to read and coordinate architectural, and MEP drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
