Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our content and marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of video editing, short-form content, social media trends, and visual storytelling.

You will work closely with the content and marketing teams to create engaging videos for Instagram, YouTube, advertisements, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form videos, Reels, YouTube videos, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Add captions, transitions, effects, music, sound effects, and other elements to improve video quality.
- Create engaging and platform-friendly videos based on provided scripts and concepts.
- Maintain consistency in branding, visual style, and video quality.
- Work with the content and marketing team to understand video requirements.
- Follow current social media trends and editing styles.
- Organize and manage video files, project files, footage, and assets properly.
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver videos within deadlines.
- Continuously explore new editing techniques, trends, and creative ideas.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in video editing.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and good editing skills can also apply.




- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, color correction, and audio editing.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content formats.
- Good sense of timing, visual composition, storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new editing styles and tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating social media content.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Understanding of social media trends and viral content formats.
- Knowledge of AI video and content creation tools is an added advantage.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
