Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their skilled growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management within SAP environments.
- Experience in configuring SAP MM modules to support business workflows and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues related to materials management and supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP MM and other SAP modules such as Finance and Production Planning.
- Skilled in documenting technical specifications and creating user manuals to support application usage and maintenance.
