Job Overview
We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Assistant to support our HR team in day-to-day HR and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, basic knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and selection activities.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Prepare HR-related documents and reports.
- Handle employee queries and provide necessary HR support.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of employee information.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
