Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and communication-focused Admissions Counsellor / Telecalling Executive to join our admissions team in Kozhikode. The role involves connecting with prospective students and parents, understanding their educational requirements, explaining available programs, and supporting them throughout the admission process.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work towards admission and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students and parents through outbound calls.
- Explain courses, academic programs, admission procedures, eligibility, and fee details.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Handle admission-related queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update lead details, follow-up status,



and call records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment of students.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, follow-up, and admission targets.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with students and parents.
- Prepare basic reports related to calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements

- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Comfortable working with CRM and calling software.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, customer service, or admissions will be an advantage.
