Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Site Engineer / Billing Engineer for our state infrastructure and civil construction project located in Naraina, Delhi. The selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, joint measurements, running account (RA) billing, and coordination with PWD and DSIIDC site officials.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Supervision:
- Oversee day-to-day execution of civil construction works at the Naraina site as per approved drawings, standard specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, site supervisors, and labor teams to meet daily execution targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC standards, material testing routines, and site safety compliance.
- Billing & Quantity Surveying:
- Prepare running account (RA) bills, final bills, and extra item statements as per PWD / DSIIDC / CPWD norms and Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR).
- Record and maintain the Measurement Book (MB) in coordination with departmental engineers and consultants.
- Reconcile material consumption (cement, steel, aggregate, etc.) against executed quantities to check waste and variance.
- Departmental Liaisoning & Records:
- Conduct joint measurements with PWD / DSIIDC site engineers and maintain signed records.




- Assist the Project Manager with site documentation, including Daily Progress Reports (DPR), lab test reports, and site registers.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in civil site execution and billing. Prior hands-on experience in PWD or DSIIDC projects is required.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Sound knowledge of CPWD/PWD specifications, DSR items, and government billing procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel (advanced), and reading structural/architectural drawings.
- Skills: Strong site management, numerical accuracy, clear communication, and vendor coordination skills.
