Role Summary:

We are looking for a strong IT Project Manager with proven experience in driving enterprise software projects end-to-end. The candidate must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong delivery ownership, and sufficient technical understanding to effectively work with business, functional, and technical teams.

Mandatory Requirements

- - 10–16 years of overall IT experience with solid Project Management experience.
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management and delivery ownership.
- Robust experience managing enterprise software / ERP / application implementation or support projects.
- Must have hands-on experience in core Project Management activities, including:
- Project planning and scheduling
- Scope and milestone management
- Resource planning and allocation
- Risk, issue and dependency management
- Change and scope management
- Project tracking and governance
- Budget/cost and timeline management
- Status reporting and project documentation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate with senior management,



customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, drive decisions, and handle escalations.
- Proven ability to drive project teams and ensure timely delivery against committed timelines and milestones.
- Strong understanding of the IT/Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and enterprise application implementation processes.
- Should have sufficient technical understanding to communicate effectively with architects, developers, functional consultants, integration teams, and business users.
- Ability to understand and communicate application workflows, integrations, interfaces, dependencies, data flows, and technical challenges.
- Experience coordinating the complete project lifecycle covering requirements, design, development/configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, cutover, go-live, and hypercare/support.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and escalation-management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed/onsite-offshore teams.
- Strong experience in enterprise/consulting/service-based organizations.

Preferred – Not Mandatory

- - SAP background with experience in SAP implementation, transformation, migration, enhancement, or AMS/support projects.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
- Experience managing ERP projects involving multiple functional and technical teams.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification.

What We Are Looking For

The candidate should be a strong Project Manager and delivery leader, not merely a Project Coordinator or PMO resource.
