Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations & Warehouse Executive who can handle both warehouse and ICD operations. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day warehouse activities, cargo handling, shipment documentation, and coordination with various teams to ensure smooth import and export operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle warehouse activities including sticking/labeling of loads, packing, loading, and unloading of goods.
- Assist in import and export operational activities at ICD.
- Support the preparation and processing of clearance documents and gate passes.
- Maintain accurate records and proper documentation of import and export shipments.
- Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA), transporters, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
- Verify shipment documents and ensure all required paperwork is complete.
- Track and follow up on shipments and operational activities.
- Ensure proper handling, movement, and storage of goods within the warehouse.
- Assist the operations team with daily logistics and cargo-related activities.
- Maintain proper records of warehouse and shipment-related activities.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Candidates residing near the office/warehouse location will be preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, especially basic calculations and maintaining records.
- Good communication skills in English,Kannada and Hindi .
- Tamil is an added advantage / optional.
- Should be physically fit and willing to perform loading, unloading, packing, and other warehouse activities.
- Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Should be responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn and work in operations are also welcome.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
