About Us

Bhawani Power Control is a manufacturer and supplier of industrial electrical products. We are looking for a responsible and experienced person to manage our warehouse and handle day-to-day warehouse operations.

Job Role

We are looking for a Factory / Warehouse Manager who can manage the warehouse, workers, stock, and daily operations.

The person should be comfortable using a computer because regular data entry, stock updates, software work, and reporting will be an important part of the job.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day work of the warehouse.
- Handle and guide warehouse workers and assign them daily tasks.
- Make sure loading, unloading, packing, and dispatch work is done properly and on time.
- Maintain proper stock of all products and materials.
- Check incoming and outgoing goods.
- Keep accurate records of stock and warehouse movements.
- Update stock and other information in company software/computer systems.
- Prepare regular stock and warehouse reports for management.
- Make sure physical stock matches the stock shown in the system.
- Identify missing, damaged,



or low-stock items and report them to management.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and properly arranged.
- Coordinate with the office, sales, purchase, and dispatch teams.
- Make sure orders are prepared and dispatched correctly.
- Take responsibility for the overall discipline and smooth working of the warehouse.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in warehouse management, warehouse supervision, inventory, or a similar role.
- Good computer skills are mandatory.
- Must be comfortable using Excel and computer/software systems.
- Should be able to enter and update data accurately.
- Experience in stock/inventory management is preferred.
- Should know how to manage and handle workers.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Should be responsible, disciplined, and able to take ownership of work.
- Must be comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.
- Experience in an electrical/electrical products warehouse will be an advantage.
