The SAP C4C Consultant works closely with business users, sales teams, customer service teams, and technical teams to implement and support SAP Cloud for Customer solutions for Sales, Service, Marketing, and Customer Engagement processes
Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements.Configure SAP C4C Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Design and maintain organizational structures, business roles, workflows, and approval processes.Create reports, dashboards, and analytics.Support master data management and data migration activities.Integrate SAP C4C with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, CPI/BTP, and third-party systems.Perform testing, defect resolution,
and production support.Conduct user training and prepare documentation.Handle incident management, RCA, and continuous process improvements.
