About the Role

We are looking for a LinkedIn Content & Social Media Executive Intern who can manage our company’s LinkedIn presence and publish engaging, professional content on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate should understand LinkedIn content, business audiences, market research, and B2B communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and publish daily LinkedIn posts for the company page.
- Research trending topics related to Market Research, Business, Technology, Industries, and Global Markets.
- Write engaging posts with strong hooks, statistics, trends, and business insights.
- Create content suitable for B2B decision-makers and industry professionals.
- Prepare LinkedIn captions, headlines, hashtags, and CTAs.
- Maintain a consistent daily posting schedule.
- Monitor LinkedIn engagement, impressions, followers, and post performance.
- Identify high-performing content and improve future posts accordingly.
- Coordinate with the market research team to collect relevant report insights and data.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor LinkedIn activity.
- Suggest new content ideas to increase organic reach and engagement.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar.

Required Skills

- Excellent written English.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and social media content.




- Strong research and content-writing skills.
- Ability to understand market research reports and convert insights into straightforward LinkedIn posts.
- Knowledge of hashtags, LinkedIn SEO, engagement strategies, and social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Fresher in Content Writing / Social Media Management / Digital Marketing / Market Research Content.
- Candidates with knowledge of B2B marketing and market research will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong writing and research skills can also apply.

The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for: Research → Content Writing → Post Creation → Publishing → Engagement Monitoring → Performance Analysis
