Job Summary

We are looking for a Field HR Executive who can manage HR activities for our field employees, installation teams, technicians, helpers, drivers, and site staff. The candidate will be responsible for regular site visits, employee coordination, attendance management, recruitment support, onboarding, and resolving employee-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools, colleges, ITIs, polytechnic colleges and training institutes to source candidates.
- Conduct field recruitment drives and walk-in drives.
- Build relationships with colleges, placement officers and local recruitment contacts.
- Source candidates for technician, helper, installation and other entry-level positions.
- Generate candidates through local communities, job fairs and other field sources.
- Explain job role, salary, benefits and company details to candidates.
- Screen candidates and shortlist suitable applicants.




- Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment sources.
- Track number of candidates sourced, interviewed and joined.
- Identify new areas and sources where suitable candidates are available.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Field HR / Site HR.
- Experience handling blue-collar or field employees will be preferred.
- Valuable communication and employee-handling skills.
- Should be comfortable travelling to different company sites.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
- Good knowledge of Chennai locations.
- Basic MS Excel and HR documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Background

Candidates from construction, manufacturing, installation, facility management, logistics, manpower/staffing, or other field-workforce industries will be preferred.
