About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee our store operations at our Bagnan facility. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of dedicated experience in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry, demonstrating robust expertise in material management, inventory control, and store administration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Stock Management

- Oversee end-to-end store operations, material planning, stock control, and inventory optimization.
- Maintain accurate, real-time records of raw materials, bought-out items, finished goods, and consumables used in PEB manufacturing.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconciliation against system inventory.

2. Documentation & ERP Operations

- Efficiently manage Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material requisitions, issue slips, and gate passes.
- Maintain accurate store documentation and ensure smooth data entry in ERP systems.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Logistics





- Coordinate seamlessly with Production, Purchase, and Dispatch teams to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials.
- Manage store manpower, optimizing material handling and safety protocols within the warehouse/store premises.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Education: Standard education; Graduate degree preferred.
- Experience: 10–15 years mandatory experience in PEB Store Operations.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of PEB structural components, hardware, raw materials, and fabrication accessories.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software, MS Excel, and inventory management tools.
- Soft Skills: Solid leadership, team management, communication, and organizational capabilities.
