QA Tester
- Should design, create and execute functional and non-functional test cases/scripts, create test data and document expected test results.
- Participate in business requirements discussions, design sessions and functional specification reviews with the technology teams.
- Should be able to determine testing needs for quick turnaround component/features and long-term testing.
- Should coordinate testing across multiple testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Performance, and End-to-End testing.
- Develops entry/exit criteria for each testing phase.
- Should coordinate team members in all testing activities.
- Must know about Defect Life Cycle, SDLC, STLC process.
- Knowledge of basic SQL, DB testing, API testing required.
- Automation testing experience is an added advantage.
- Driving product readiness, supporting both technical and business teams.
- Reporting defect reports promptly and thoroughly for defect resolution and enhancements.
