Job Description

A reputed multi-speciality hospital in Ankleshwar, Gujarat is looking for a responsible and clinically competent Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join its medical team.

The RMO will be responsible for providing round-the-clock clinical support, patient monitoring, emergency care and coordination with consultants and nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular rounds and monitor patients admitted to the hospital.
- Assess patients and identify any changes in their clinical condition.
- Provide appropriate initial medical management and emergency care.
- Attend to casualty and emergency cases as required.
- Monitor vital signs and clinical progress of patients.
- Coordinate with consultants and specialists regarding patient treatment and management.
- Escalate critical or deteriorating cases promptly to the concerned consultant.




- Assist in the management of patients in ICU, wards and emergency/casualty as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records.
- Follow hospital protocols, clinical guidelines and patient-safety standards.
- Coordinate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Communicate appropriately with patients and their attendants.
- Ensure proper handover of patients and clinical information between shifts.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the hospital.

Eligibility & Requirements

- MBBS or BHMS from a recognised institution.
- Valid registration with the relevant State Medical Council.
- 1–3 years of hospital experience preferred.
- Experience in ICU, Emergency, Ward or Casualty will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of:
- Patient assessment
- Emergency care
- Clinical documentation
- Hospital protocols
- Strong clinical judgement and decision-making ability.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-speciality hospital.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
