Job Purpose

The role involves managing PSU client relationships, mapping their requirements with the Bank's products and services, and ensuring customer acquisition, retention, and income generation through assets, liabilities, trade, and cash management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development - Existing Client Relationship Management

Generate revenue by offering Bank products and services.

Identify new opportunities within the existing client base.

Maintain strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Conduct joint client meetings with Product, Service, and Credit teams.

Perform periodic visits to client sites for business development and credit monitoring.

Business Development - Current Client Acquisition

Identify and develop potential PSU customers.

Acquire new relationships through follow-ups and meetings.

Offer value-added solutions to convert prospects.

Product Penetration & Cross-Sell

Identify opportunities to cross-sell suitable products.

Increase wallet share by offering value additions and customizations.

Credit Appraisal & Monitoring

Prepare credit appraisals for deal sanctioning.

Analyze financial statements for structuring and decision-making.

Monitor credit health and ensure timely service delivery.

Conduct periodic reviews for portfolio housekeeping.

Knowledge Building and Market Intelligence





Stay updated on regulations and internal guidelines.

Share market updates and competition insights with peers.

Identify emerging opportunities through market intelligence.

Propose innovative solutions to enhance business growth.

Education:

Graduation in any discipline; MBA/CA/ICWA/CFA preferred.

Certifications:
